AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Monday 2 March 2026
Transfers will be departing from Brisbane Airport to the conference hotels at 9am, 10am and 10:30am Monday 2 March. Please ensure the flight you book coincides with one of these transfers.  If you flight does not arrive in time to meet one of these transfers you will need to make your own way to your hotel which is located approximately 20mins from the airport via taxi.

If you are arriving on Sunday 1 March,  please make your own way to the hotel via taxi. 

Thursday 5 March 2026
Coaches will be departing the conference hotels for Brisbane Airport at 6.00am, 8.00am, 9.00am and 10.00am. Please select your preferred transfer time when registering.  

If your departing flight does not coincide with any of these transfers you will need to make your own way to the airport via taxi.
