AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Monday 2 March 2026
Transfers will be departing from Brisbane Airport to the conference hotels at 9am, 10am and 11am Monday 2 March. Please ensure the flight you book coincides with one of these transfers. If you flight does not arrive in time to meet one of these transfers you will need to make your own way to your hotel which is located approximately 20mins from the airport via taxi.
If you are arriving on Sunday 1 March, please make your own way to the hotel via taxi.

Coaches will be departing the conference hotels for Brisbane Airport at 6.00am, 7.00am, 8.00am and 9.00am. Please select your preferred transfer time when registering.
If your departing flight does not coincide with any of these transfers you will need to make your own way to the airport via taxi.

Reception will validate your parking ticket during check in to ensure you receive the hotel guest rate. - Valet Parking: 33 William Street, Brisbane 4000. Rate: $65.00 per night.
- Height clearance at The Star is 2.1m
- Valet parking: 81 North Quay, Brisbane. Rate: $70 per night.
- Self Parking: Wilson Parking, Brisbane Quarter. Entry via W Brisbane Hotel porte cochere, 81 North Quay, Brisbane.
