2026 Conference Venue
The conference this year is held at Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC), which is located a short 8 minute walk from The Star and W Brisbane. 


Registration types and costs
All amounts listed are ex GST and includes accommodation, three days of conference sessions and three evening functions. 


3 or 4 night accommodation package
We know some of you will fly in on the Sunday prior to conference so you have the option to register for a 3 or 4 night package, and choose your preferred hotel. Hotel options are:

      • The Star Riverside
      • W Brisbane


Registrations
Each attending delegate must complete a registration form prior to arrival.  Any person who arrives at the conference and has not pre-registered may not be eligible to attend or have accommodation.

Airport Transfers

 
Arrival Transfers - Monday 2nd March
Coaches will depart Brisbane airport for Hotels at 9:00am, 10:00am and 10.30am, Monday 2nd March.

Make sure to book your flight accordingly to sync up with these transfers. If your flight doesn't align with our scheduled transfers, a taxi is just a quick 20-minute ride from the airport.

If you are arriving on Sunday 1st March, please make your way to the hotel via taxi.

Coaches will be departing from The Star Grand and collect at other hotels after to Brisbane Airport at 6:00am, 8:00am, 9:00am and 10:00am.

Conference 2026 - Terms & Conditions

Please read our terms & conditions below carefully and complete the three steps to confirm before you submit your registration.


Registration Terms and Conditions
Registration costs will be billed to you TWC account.
All registration fees listed on the website are in Australian dollars and exclude Goods and Services Tax of 10%.

 

Registration Cancellations
For any cancelations from date of registration to within 4 weeks of the event, a $200 cancellation fee will apply. Any cancellations within 4 weeks of the event the following charges will apply:
- within 4 weeks, 25% charge
- within 2 weeks 50% charge 
- any cancellation with less than two weeks’ notice will incur the full fee being charged.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the event is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
Should any border restrictions or lockdowns impact your ability to attend at short notice, we will provide alternate solutions.
By registering for the event you are confirming consent for any video and photographs taken at the event, in which you may appear, to be used by TWC in promotion of the event.

 

Accommodation Terms and Conditions
Accommodation for the duration of Conference 2/3-5/3 2026 (pending your selected registration type) is included in your registration fee. 
Any pre or post accommodation requirements are at your own expense.  Once your registration has been submitted, you are liable for any changes or cancellations made to pre & post accommodation bookings.


Room configurations are subject to availability. The requested configuration will be sent to the hotel but cannot be guaranteed.
You will be asked to provide credit card details for pre-authorisation on check-in. If you do not wish to use your credit card, then alternatively you can pay a deposit on check in.
You will be responsible for settling the remaining balance and any additional nights booked at the time of check in and any incidentals incurred upon departure. Please be advised the hotel may apply a surcharge to all credit card payments, payment by cash or EFTPOS will not incur a surcharge.
Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 11am.
