REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS

For any cancelations from date of registration to within 4 weeks of the event, a $200 cancellation fee will apply. Any cancellations within 4 weeks of the event the following charges will apply

  • within 4 weeks, 25% charge
  • within 2 weeks, 50% charge
  • any cancellation with less than two weeks' notice will incur the full fee being charged.
Please note: As Masterclass registrations are FREE for many of our delegates, cancellation fees will still be applied as per the above as real costs are incurred.
We are happy to work with you to find an alternative / replacement delegate.
